Zulu Bull To Return To The Mound

A big stint out in the paddock has given Zulu Bull a chance to turn into bigger than a Brahman Bull. He may not have usual leg speed or the agility but his shoulder/arm has had time to recover.

In an exclusive interview with "Bulls Hit Weekly", Zulu was quoted as saying "I've had a good pre-season. Didn't get much of a go on the mound during the Winter competition, but I've studied those two pitching aces, Untama Bull Sluga and Unpredicta Bull Bishop and really learnt a lot. I even had an opportunity to do some Bull pens with another pitching stalwart, Consta Bull Gooley and feel that I've got a new lease in pitching".

Super Coach for the Bulls Alice team, Mal Watts, has been so impressed with Zulu that he is already pencilled Zulu in to start the first game at the Alice Masters. This is a big call to start naming the battery so far out from the start of the games. Mal also interviewed by 'Bulls Hit Weekly' said that Zulu's return is bigger than the Ben Cousins comeback. "Dean is off his anti inflammatory and high blood pressure drugs and what ever else he's been on but I've never seen Zulu Bull throw like this for years'.

The return of Zulu Bull to the mound will certainly put pressure on the other pitchers going to Alice. There will of course be the rumours going around about who might be in the chair to close for the Zulu. Who ever that pitcher is, will certainly have some big shoes to fill.
